With over 20 years of experience in corporate business process improvement and project management, Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise to Higher Power Organizing. Her passion has always been helping things make sense—whether organizing homes, offices, or streamlining business operations.

 Jennifer’s vision for Higher Power Organizing was born from her faith and her belief in stepping forward when God places something on your heart. 

Beyond her business, Jennifer is deeply committed to serving her community. She is active in her church, enjoys creating inspirational crafts to uplift others, and co-founded Unexpected Blessings, a local support group for young women facing unplanned pregnancies. 

Outside of work, Jennifer loves traveling to new places, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family. These passions bring balance to her life and fuel the creativity and care she pours into Higher Power Organizing.

 Ashley offers years of experience serving her community through cleaning and organizing.  She finds joy in transforming messy spaces into cozy, orderly ones and loves the satisfaction of seeing everything restored to its rightful place.

Her passion for organizing is matched by her heart for service. Active in her church, Ashley teaches elementary students on Sunday mornings and leads Kingdom Kidz, a monthly ministry program dedicated to reaching the next generation. She is also the co‑founder of Unexpected Blessings, a local support group for young women facing unplanned pregnancies. Ashley’s love for people and faith in Jesus shine through in everything she does.

Outside of work, Ashley devotes her time to homeschooling her children, tending her flower garden in the summer, cooking healthy and delicious meals, and cherishing life at home with her family. The beach remains her favorite of God’s creations—a place of peace and inspiration.

 Allie brings a strong background in customer service, cleaning, organizing, and design, offering both skill and dedication to every project. Known for her ability to multitask and her sharp eye for detail, she ensures that each space is transformed with care and precision.

Her faith is central to her life—she attends church regularly and loves Jesus, which shines through in the way she serves others. Outside of work, Allie enjoys reading, listening to music, thrifting for unique finds, staying active with fitness, and continually finding inspiration in everyday life.

 Shannon is passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces through thoughtful design and intentional organization. With experience transforming homes, workspaces, and creative environments, she loves helping clients turn cluttered areas into spaces that feel efficient, inspiring, and visually uplifting.

She has a strong eye for detail and enjoys designing layouts that bring both beauty and purpose to every room.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys Bible journaling, jewelry making, and exploring new creative projects. She values faith, family, meaningful relationships, and spending time with her dogs.

 Harleigh brings years of hands-on organizing experience. From an early age, she loved spending Saturday mornings tidying up the house—finding joy in putting things back in their place and donating items no longer in use.

Harleigh is active in her church and has a special heart for children.  She enjoys working with toddlers on Sunday mornings and faithfully serves each year at her church's kids camp, where she helps reach and encourage the next generation. 

Her passion for order, generosity, and community shines through in everything she does. 

 Outside of work, Harleigh expresses her creativity through crafts, enjoys relaxing with movies, and treasures time spent with her family and dogs.
